Bespoke (Custom-Made) Suits
Due to the personalized nature of bespoke garments:
- All bespoke suit sales are final.
- No returns or refunds wil be issued once the tailoring process has begun.
Any additional alterations beyond this period may incur a charge.
If there are issues with the fit, we offer complimentary adjustments within 14 days of pickup/delivery.
Ready-to-wear suits
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
- Items must be in unused, unaltered, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase required.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
